1st Anniversary

I can't believe it's been a year since Mom passed away. We were even awake today at the same time we got the phone call last year. All day yesterday I thought, "It's been a year since I talked to Mom." Very strange. In some ways it feels like she's been gone longer than a year.
Kinda sad that I'm not in California to put flowers on her grave, but it is Tuesday and that's the day they remove flowers from the Garden of Rest, so it doesn't really matter. Next time I'm in town she'll get flowers!!!

First day of Fall

We are so happy to be back in Utah. Even though the weather outside does not feel like fall, it is officially fall! I have so much to blog about and pictures to upload, but I'll have to wait for another day. Still unpacking and trying to get Eddie employed. We've jumped through all the hoops and he should get the final word early next week!!! So exciting!!! I'll continue to unpack! Someday I'll be done! Then I will Blog!!! Enjoy!!!

We have arrived! So much to do. Today the computer finally got set up and hooked up! Hence this post. I will post pictures and tales of our travels soon! Need to get some work done too! Lots of boxes to unpack!

WOW!

Well, the recording has been done and technically the house is no longer ours!!! We have til Friday to move out. Need to get a few things out of the fridge and the garage and we are done! All our stuff has been moved and unloaded in Orem! We will arrive in Orem around the 10th or 11th!! Traveling slowly thru California on our way to UTAH! Swollen gland never turned into Strep!!! Thank the good Lord for his almighty power, blessings, and tender mercies. The house doesn't feel like my house anymore. That's good. It makes it easier to leave! I'm finally excited and looking forward to the next chapter of my life!!!! WOW! We get to live in a home all by ourselves!!!!! I hope we can stand each other!!!!
