A thought to ponder
For those of you not here in CA, this might not be worth pondering, but....last week Uncle Arnold signed a bill laying off a bunch of state workers and lowering other state workers pay to the minimum wage, because the state congress hasn't passed the budget bill. Wouldn't it have made more sense if Uncle Arnold had stopped paying the congress until they passed the budget? DUH!!!!!!!
